We know exam season is a stressful time and everyone deals with stress differently. Taking care of your wellbeing and mental health all the time, and especially exam season is important.
We've put together some useful resources with tips and advice on taking care of yourself. Don't forget to utilise the support in college, including your Senior Tutor, our Careers Team, Counselling service and our Inclusive Learning who host morning mindfulness every morning 8:45am - 9:00am in the IL department.
