Early applications are recommended as popular courses tend to fill up quickly. Securing your place early increases the likelihood of getting into your desired course.

Upon receiving your application, we will review it and contact you within a few weeks. You will then be invited to enrolment to finalise your application.

I’ve chosen a course, what do I do next?

Applications must be submitted via our online application form. We are enrolling throughout the summer for courses starting in September 2026.

Prospective students are also invited to attend our Open Evening on Thursday 3rd September, 5.00pm – 8.00pm, where you can find out more about our courses, speak to our staff and complete your enrolment on the evening.


What do I need to bring to enrolment?

Evidence you may be asked to provide:

  • Photo ID e.g. a Passport, Driving licence, Application registration card
  • Proof of address e.g. a household bill, bank statement
  • Proof of qualifications e.g. record of achievement, certificates
  • Evidence of how you will be paying for your course (If you need to)
  • A letter from your employer if they are paying

If you want to apply to a university course, you must click the course page and click the “apply now” button, which directs you to our partner university page.

Applications for Higher Education typically close from June to July. However, clearing is available for some courses if you are applying late. Applications for Higher Education are done via UCAS.

Applications for Adult Education must be submitted by Thursday 3rd September 2026 for the upcoming academic year. Come along to our Open Evening on 3rd September to explore your options and meet our dedicated staff.

No – we do not charge for handling your application for an adult education or higher education course.

If you are applying to a university course via UCAS, UCAS will charge you for processing your application. The UCAS application fee is £28.95 for the 2026 entry cycle (2026/27 academic year) and increases to £34.50 for the 2027 entry cycle (2027/28 academic year).

For certain courses, such as GCSE English and Maths, you may be required to undergo an initial assessment before enrolling. This short assessment aims to determine your current skill level to ensure you are placed in the appropriate course. Typically conducted in college, our staff will be on hand to guide you through the process and ensure your comfort and understanding of what to expect.
