Year 11 Summer Induction Day

Monday 6th July 2026, 10am - 3pm

We are excited to welcome prospective students to our summer induction day on Monday 6th July.

During this day you will:

  • Attend an induction session for each of your chosen subjects/course. 
  • Meet your teachers and get to know the other students who have chosen to study the same course as you.
  • Have the opportunity to speak to our careers and admissions team and ask any questions. 

You will also have the opportunity to enjoy a free BBQ, inflatables, and Ice cream during the lunch break! 

Students are strongly encouraged to attend, as this day supports your transition to college. 

You should have received an email and letter with your subject choices - these are based on the course choices discussed at your guidance meeting. 

If you wish to change any of the courses you've applied for, it is important that you notify our admissions team as soon as possible via email: admissions@asfc.ac.uk - you will be unable to make any course changes on the day.

You need to confirm that you will be attending by filling out the form by scanning the QR code at the top of the letter, or via the link received on the email sent to you.

The deadline to sign up is Saturday 9th May 2026. 

Once we know you will be attending and the deadline for sign up has passed, we will send you your timetable for the day.

We do not offer any alternative dates for this event. However, if you can't attend, this does not affect your offer of a place at Ashton Sixth Form College.
