Ashton Sixth Form College's womens football and netball teams took part in AOC North West tournament. 

They represented the college against other teams from the north west.

They started the tournament strong with two wins in two games. 

They played Aquinas winning 10-9, followed by Winstanley winning 7-6. Tough games but Team Ashton put up a fight. 

Progressing to the semi-final, Ashton faced Holy Cross which they sadly lost. However, they placed 3rd across the whole of the North West; an incredible achievement.

The Sport department and the college were extremely proud of their performance.
