Alumni writes new comedy show on Sky One

Ashton Sixth Form College Alumni Daniel Peak has a brand new show coming out on Sky One. 

Daniel Peak is a comedy writer and has previous credits on shows including Horrible Histories and Not Going Out. 

At Ashton he studied A-Levels in English Language, History and Sociology. He has since gone on to win a BAFTA at the BAFTA Children's Awards for his work on Horrible Histories. In recent year, Daniel has returned to the college at the annual awards evening to share his story and inspire future generations of students.

Daniel is now the co-creator and writer of Code 404, a comedy series on Sky One featuring Daniel Mays, Anna Maxwell Martin and Stephen Graham. The show combines artificial intelligence and the police force in an uniquely comedic way. The show begins on 29th April on Sky One at 9pm.
