Before the Christmas holidays, Ashton Sixth Form College celebrated their annual Awards Evening. This was the first time the event has gone ahead since 2019 due to the pandemic.

Students, staff and families gathered together on the evening to recognise and celebrate students' achievements of the past year.

Centre Principal Lisa Richards began the evening with a warm welcome and shared her congratulations to the students who received awards. Lisa was followed by special guest, Anton McGrath, CEO of Stamford Park Trust who highlighted the unique journey these students had been on, with the pandemic and how well they had adapted to unprecedented times, but still managed to achieve.
