Maths and Further Maths students attended a Mechanics session at Ashton.

Representatives from the Advanced Maths Support programme visited the college to work with second year students studying A Levels in Maths and Further Maths. 

Focussing on Mechanics, students covered topics relating to their A Levels and pushed their knowledge to achieve those top grades. Students attended in groups allowing every student to take part in 1 hour and a half long sessions. They worked alongside fellow Maths students to apply their knowledge to real world situations and gain a greater understanding of mechanics.
