The Art and Design department at Ashton welcomed Huddersfield University recently.

Huddersfield University are a careers partner with Ashton Sixth Form College and have worked closely with the college for a number of years.

7 staff from the university visited the college to run a series of workshops throughout the day across all courses. 

All second year students and Art Foundation year students were able to attend, gaining a taster of university life and degree-level exploration. Activities and workshops took place over 2 hour sessions.
