The new academic year has begun and the college has welcomed hundreds of new students from across the borough and beyond. 

The Sports Department offer an incredible range of sport enrichment and this year, football is back in force. 

First and second year students have signed up to represent Ashton Sixth Form College competitively over the next year. 

Today's game gave students a chance to spend some time on the pitch, getting to know one another and making the most of the September sunshine. Coaches were able to see where students were best suited and it looks like a promising start to the year!
