Art students visit Jodrell Bank and Dunham Massey

2 March 2020

Art and Design students visited Jodrell Bank and Dunham Massey.

The visit was part of students need to conduct primary research and gather inspiration for their future projects and portfolios.

Students had to develop their skills in outdoor photography and the weather was firmly against them. While on the trip they had to manage changing climates, rain and wind, to ensure they still go the shots they needed - great experience for in the future.

Jodrell Bank is part of the University of Manchester's Astrophysics Centre, established in 1945. Dunham Massey is a national trust site in Trafford and gave the students an opportunity to explore the site.
