Lunchtime LIVE returns to entertain students

19 September 2019

Lunchtime LIVE has officially returned to Ashton Sixth Form College.

Each week, the Performing Arts department put on a spectacular display of live music. During a Wednesday lunchtime the Food Market is transformed and musicians from a range of genres entertain their fellow students.

The first week began with DJ and Producer, Jake Kelly. Jake is currently studying a full-time course in Music Production at Ashton. He studied his early education at Blue Coat School. Within just a week or so into his time at college, Jake is already taking every opportunity.

The Performing Arts department regularly provide students with opportunities to perform and develop their technical skills as well as their confidence.
