Exams raise over £300 for children's charity Bliss

4 March 2019

The Exams department at Ashton Sixth Form College decided to raise money for the charity Bliss.

Bliss works to provide help and support for babies across the country who are born premature or sick.

Our vision is that every baby born premature or sick in the UK has the best chance of survival and quality of life. (www.bliss.org.uk)

The charity works in a number ways from providing email support and online forums to holding support groups to providing financial information. Locally, Bliss currently runs a support group for babies and their families in Oldham.

The college community came together and the exams department bake sale raised over £300 for Bliss! A staggering amount that will be put to incredible use by the charity.
