Food and Drink:

Food and drink impacts your mental and physical wellbeing immensely and is a key factor in keeping you mentally and physically fit. Making the right choices may help to improve your mood and energy levels, and help you think more clearly.

Useful tip for improving your food and drink habits:

  • Eating regularly
  • Stay hydrated, 6-8 glasses of fluid a day is recommended
  • Getting your 5 a day
  • Looking after your gut
  • Eating enough protein
