A significant investment has been made in the college buildings and facilities in recent years and investment will continue to be made to ensure that students benefit from the best facilities in the future.

ICT FACILITIES
Our ICT facilities are second to none – with over 600 networked PCs you won’t have a problem finding a machine to use or accessing your work from the college network. There are a number of ICT drop-in centres located around the college where you can log on/off at your leisure. We also have in-house printing facilities and iMac computers in the art and design, music, film and media departments.
Computing and ICT
A large number of networked PCs in specially-built ICT classrooms are available to ICT and Computing students.
PDA Investment
The college has recently received funding from the Learning + Skills Council which has been used to supply PDAs (Personal Digital Assistants – Blackberry, iPhone, etc.) to students on a variety of courses from Public Services to Health and Social Care). The phones are useful to students for recording data on work placement, accessing the Internet whilst at home or on the move, and organising coursework and other deadlines.
